  • 150 gramos de dátiles
  • 30 gramos de almendras
  • 55 gramos de coco fresco y 20 gramos de coco rallado o 75 gramos de coco rallado
  • 1 cucharadita de extracto de vainilla (opcional)
  • 1 cucharada de agua de coco o de agua
  • 2 cucharadas de sirope de ágave


  1. In a blender or robot of kitchen we add all the ingredients (except the 20 grams of grated coconut) and blend until obtaining a homogeneous mixture. To make it easier to handle the dough and for it not to stick to your hands so much, I recommend that you put the mixture in the freezer for 20 minutes.
  2. We make 15 little balls with our hands. Again, it’s best to put them in the freezer for another 20 minutes to make them easier to handle.
