Coconut and apricot cookies


  • 200 grs whole wheat flour
  • 100 grs brandy
  • 80 grs of margarine
  • 25 grs of corn syrup
  • 100 grs of soaked and chopped dried apricots
  • 50 grs of coconut
  • 4 Tbsp. of apple juice
  • Cinnamon


Preheat the oven.

Mix all the ingredients well.

Using a teaspoon, make small balls with the dough. (Yields between 25 to 30 balls).

Place them on an oiled roasting pan and bake at medium level for about 15-20 minutes or until they are lightly golden.

Once warm, they can be sprinkled with powdered sugar.
