Cocoa delights with pears


  • 150g macadamia nuts
  • 400g winter blossom pears
  • 80g agave
  • 30g cocoa powder


Crush the macadamia nuts, trying to make them a bit thick.

Place the nuts in a container, add the cocoa powder and mix.

< p>Add the agave and mix until you get a homogeneous texture.

Peel the pears and grate them into a straw.


Place in a plate a bottomless mold, add the mixture of cocoa delights and form a cookie.

Remove the mold and add the grated pears on top.
