We are back in Spain!   The first days we have been a bit blinded by the light, but we have gotten used to it and we have even been able to make a hole to go to the beach. We miss some things about Germany, but every place has its good things, so we prefer to focus on the positive and enjoy our stay here.

Have you already joined the challenge of healthy vegan breakfasts? We started yesterday, but it’s never too late to sign up. The recipes are healthy, simple and very tasty.

Ingredientes

Scale

  • 2 naranjas
  • 2 pepinos
  • 2 zanahorias
  • 2 ramas de apio
  • Un trocito de jengibre fresco (unos 2 cm ó 1 pulgada)

Instructions

  1. Peel and chop the ingredients and add them a little little by little in the juice extractor.
  2. You can take the juice as it is, although I personally prefer to strain it.

Notes

  • If the cucumbers and carrots are not organic, I recommend that you peel them.
  • You can use powdered ginger, although I recommend that you add it little by little because it is stronger.
  • You can substitute fruits and vegetables for others that you have at home without problems, as long as they are fresh and not canned or preserved.
