Ingredients
- ½ cup flour
- ½ cup milk (vegan)
- 1 tablespoon cooking powder
- A handful of raisins
- 1 mango
< li>1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
Procedure
- For the pancakes, mix together the flour, milk, baking powder and cinnamon powder.
- Once the mixture is fully mixed, stir in the raisins with a spoon.
- Pour some of the mixture into a preheated non-stick pan and fry on both sides until cooked.
- If you want very large pancakes, cook half the mixture once and if you want smaller pancakes, cook a quarter of the mixture per pancake.
- To make the mango dip, simply peel off the skin of a mango, scoop out the pit and the remaining fruit put in a blender.
- Pure to puree and serve with or on top of pancakes.
For 2 people (2 large pancakes or 4 smaller ones)
