Cinnamon Raisin Pancakes with Mango Dip


  1. ½ cup flour
  2. ½ cup milk (vegan)
  3. 1 tablespoon cooking powder
  4. < li>1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon

  5. A handful of raisins
  6. 1 mango


  • For the pancakes, mix together the flour, milk, baking powder and cinnamon powder.
  • Once the mixture is fully mixed, stir in the raisins with a spoon.
  • Pour some of the mixture into a preheated non-stick pan and fry on both sides until cooked.
  • If you want very large pancakes, cook half the mixture once and if you want smaller pancakes, cook a quarter of the mixture per pancake.
  • To make the mango dip, simply peel off the skin of a mango, scoop out the pit and the remaining fruit put in a blender.
  • Pure to puree and serve with or on top of pancakes.

For 2 people (2 large pancakes or 4 smaller ones)
