1. 5 Brazil nuts
  2. 5 dried apricots (use without sulphur)
  3. 50 g vegan chocolate very dark < /li>
  4. 1T pistachios (raw, unsalted)
  5. 1/4t ground cardamom (if you can’t get it, use cinnamon or ginger instead)


  • Place a piece of parchment paper on a flat surface
  • Melt the chocolate in a glass bowl over a saucepan of boiling water
  • Create a slit in the top of each apricot
  • Press a Brazil nut in
  • Dunk each apricot in chocolate, dip the end of the Brazil nuts
  • < li>Place on the baking paper< /li>

  • Crush the pistachios with a mortar, add the cardamom and sprinkle on top
  • Let cool until the chocolate is completely firm
