Ingredients
- 5 Brazil nuts
- 5 dried apricots (use without sulphur)
- 50 g vegan chocolate very dark < /li>
- 1T pistachios (raw, unsalted)
- 1/4t ground cardamom (if you can’t get it, use cinnamon or ginger instead)
Procedure
- Place a piece of parchment paper on a flat surface
- Melt the chocolate in a glass bowl over a saucepan of boiling water / li >
- Create a slit in the top of each apricot
- Press a Brazil nut in
- Dunk each apricot in chocolate, dip the end of the Brazil nuts
- Crush the pistachios with a mortar, add the cardamom and sprinkle on top
- Let cool until the chocolate is completely firm
