Combine all ingredients in a saucepan over medium-high heat. Stir occasionally to blend the nut butters. Bring the mixture to a boil. It starts to thicken. While cooking, whisk well for half a minute, then remove from heat. Cool down for 10 minutes. Taste and adjust and mix gently. Then pour into pop moulds*. Freeze until completely frozen.
Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil in a Bade-Marie or in the microwave (in batches of 15 to 30 seconds). Whisk until smooth. Leave to cool for 2 minutes.
