We don’t have to give up the things we like to be healthy, we just have to try to prepare them in the healthiest way possible, like this chocolate milkshake, which is really addictive.

The milkshake does not contain sugar, it is made with homemade rice milk, frozen bananas (although you can also add them from time), dates, cinnamon and cocoa. The toppings are not so light and contain sugar in their composition, although they are totally vegan. If you want a 100% healthy version, you can not add any topping or look for other healthier alternatives.

Ingredientes

Scale

  • 2 tazas de leche de arroz (500 ml)
  • 2 plátanos (mejor si están congelados)
  • 4 dátiles
  • 1/2 cucharadita de canela en polvo
  • 2 cucharadas de cacao en polvo sin azúcar

Toppings:

  • Nata de soja
  • Sirope de chocolate
  • Chips de chocolate

Instructions

  1. Put all the ingredients in the blender and beat until desired consistency.
  2. Decorate batter with your favorite toppings. I love it with soy cream, chocolate syrup and chocolate chips.
