Today we bring you the latest proposal for the Valentine’s Day menu. These very easy chocolate strawberries that are prepared in 15 minutes, are light, healthy and are the ideal dessert for the occasion.
We have used 70% dairy-free chocolate. It is a healthier option because it does not have as much sugar, although since it is not a specific melting chocolate, it will not be as liquid and it may cost you a little more for the coverage to be completely uniform. We do not care, they are delicious and much healthier.
- 100 gramos de chocolate 70%

- In a saucepan, heat water with the fire to the maximum. When it starts to boil, place a bowl inside with the chopped chocolate and lower it to medium heat. Leave until the chocolate is completely melted and remove from heat.
- Previously we have washed the strawberries and dried them well. Now we dip them in the chocolate and place them on a firm surface with the leaves side down, as you can see in the photos.
- Let dry for at least 15 minutes at room temperature and then we can store them in the fridge until the time to eat them or drink them directly.
