This chocolate cups recipe is a basic in our personal cookbook, it only requires four ingredients: chocolate, dates, banana and water. Easy, simple, fast and cheap, it has it all!

I love sweets but they usually have two drawbacks: that in many cases they are very caloric and that it takes a long time to prepare them. That is why we like this recipe so much, because it is quite light and because it is prepared in a moment.



  • 400 gramos de chocolate
  • 75 gramos de dátiles
  • 75 mililitros de agua
  • 1 plátano


  1. Put the chopped chocolate in a bowl and melt it in a bain-marie.
  2. To make the filling, beat the dates, water and banana in a blender or food processor.
  3. We put a layer of chocolate in the mold (we use this cupcake mold with papers or muffin cups) and we put it in the fridge for about 5 or 10 minutes (this is optional).
  4. We take the mold out of the fridge and add Let’s get the stuffing. Cover with more chocolate and put it in the fridge until it hardens.
