Ingredients
- 125 g spelled flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 pinch baking soda
- 4 teaspoon of cocoa powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 50 g finely chopped dates
- 100 ml soy milk
- 75 ml peanut oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
- 40 g 80% dark chocolate, roughly chopped
Procedure
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
- Place 16 teaspoons of batter onto a paper-lined pan.
- Put in the oven for 10 minutes.
- Let cool.
