Chips de Kale - Las chips de kale son un snack o aperitivo muy sabroso y sano, perfecto para comer fuera de casa o cuando estamos de viaje. Sólo necesitas 6 ingredientes y son muy fáciles de preparar. #vegano #singluten #danzadefogones

My main resolution for 2018 is to travel more. Last year we were in London, Scotland and Italy, but for personal reasons and for the publication of our book Gourmet Vegan Cuisine we had to put travel aside.



  • 225 g de kale (8 oz)
  • 1 cucharada de aceite de oliva virgen extra
  • 1 cucharadita de ajo en polvo
  • 1 cucharadita de cebolla en polvo
  • 1/8 cucharadita de pimienta negra molida
  • 1/8 cucharadita de sal


  1. Preheat the oven to 180ºC or 350ºF.
  2. Wash the kale and dry well. Remove the stringy stems, leaving just the leaves.
  3. Chop the kale leaves into small pieces and put them in a bowl with the rest of the ingredients.
  4. Massage with your hands so that the oil and spices permeate well throughout the kale.
  5. Place the kale on top of two Line trays with parchment paper and bake for 10 to 15 minutes on each tray or until kale chips are crisp. We bake the two pans separately.
  6. You can eat the kale chips right away or wait for them to cool. They are best consumed within the day, but you can store them in an airtight container at room temperature for 2-3 days.


  • If you don’t want to use oil, you can try using lemon juice, water, or tahini or any other nut or seed butter diluted with water.
  • < li>Add your favorite spices.
