Chili from tejas


  • 1 red pepper
  • 6 large tomatoes
  • 3 cans of black beans
  • 1 can of chili chipotle, but can be jalapeños
  • 2 cans of okras, optional
  • 1 jar of red beans
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1 handful fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons parsley powder
  • 2 cups water
  • 1/2 cup bulgur
  • 1 avocado large


Fry the onion together with the pepper, carrot and cumin seeds.

When everything is ready, add the diced tomato and parsley.< /p>

When the tomato has broken down, add the beans and beans, and then the okra. stir well and mix.
