Chickpeas with tofu and mustard


  • Tofu
  • 200 gr of chickpeas (I buy them cooked fresh but you can use the canned ones)< /li>
  • 1 onion
  • Small raisins
  • 1 teaspoon mustard (if you don’t like it you can substitute for liquid cream but you will have the blandest recipe…)
  • Oregano or Provencal herbs


Cut the tofu into small cubes and reserve it.

In a frying pan, fry the finely chopped onion, when it has a little color, add the tofu, the raisins and medium-low heat, let the tofu brown… (you don’t need to fry it much, 10 minutes is enough), at the end we add a little mustard (if you have the ” dijon “, better!), mix everything so that the ingredients are impregnated with mustard, and finally we add a little oregano …. ready!!!!!
