Put all ingredients in a bowl or directly in the pan and whisk.
Heat pan over low-medium heat and continue beating to combine all ingredients.
Whisk for 4-6 minutes until the dough starts to thicken and firm. You will feel the stiffness and the dough will not move easily.
Place the firm dough on parchment or greased baking sheet. Quickly spread the dough out with a greased spatula, keeping it 1/4-1/2 inch thick, and let it rest in the fridge for 1 hour.
Cut the dough into strips. (At this point the strips can be frozen. Thaw and fry/bake.)
Then pan or continue cooking or frying the grill. To grill, brush the fries with some oil.
Fry 2-3 minutes on each side over medium heat -vif.
Preparation: Fry on low for 4-5 minutes, then fry on high for half a minute to a minute (depending on how crispy you want The french fries). The fries can also be baked or grilled without oil.
