Chickpea burgers


  • 400 gr. chickpeas (1 jar)
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 egg white
  • ¼ small onion
  • 15 gr. bread crumbs
  • 1 tbsp. fresh parsley
  • ½ cdta. garlic powder
  • ½ cdta. comino
  • ½ cdta. pepper
  • ½ cdta. salt


Wash and drain the cooked canned chickpeas.

Wash and peel the carrot and onion. the carrot is cut into slices and the onion is finely chopped.

After this, the onion is peeled and finely chopped.

Then all the ingredients are added to a blender or food processor and beat (if necessary, from time to time the ingredients will be stirred with the help of a spatula so that the blender chops all the food).

Once the dough is obtained , you will give it the shape of a hamburger with your hands. first you will create a ball, second you will flatten it and third, the edges will be improved with the help of your fingers so that it is as circular as possible.

In a pan, sauté with a little oil until It is golden on both sides.

It can be served on a hamburger bun or on its own with salads, potatoes, vegetables, etc.
