- For every 100 gr of cooked chickpeas
- 50 gr of oats
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 cup of tahini
- 1 pinch of cumin
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Cook the chickpeas, discarding the cooking water.
Crush the chickpeas, adding the oats, oil and salt, then the rest of the seasonings.
Place on parchment paper.
Place in the oven for 30 min at 200 degrees, turning once every 10 min.
