Finding a healthy jam in normal supermarkets is almost an impossible mission and in herbalists the price skyrockets, so the best option is to make our jams at home.

- 2 tazas de frambuesas frescas (250 g) o de cualquier otra fruta fresca o congelada
- 1 cucharada de agua
- 1 cucharada de zumo de limón
- 3 cucharadas de semillas de chÃa
- 3 cucharadas de sirope de arce o agave
Instructions
- Pour the raspberries and water into a saucepan and cook over medium-high heat for a couple of minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Mash the raspberries using a fork or potato masher .
- Add the lemon juice, chia seeds and syrup, stir and cook for 2-3 more minutes. Taste the jam and add more sweetener if needed.
- Remove from heat and let the jam cool for 5 minutes (it will thicken considerably as it cools).
- Stir one last time and serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge for a week.
