Chia

Ingredients

  • 30 grs of chia
  • 50 ml of water
  • 100 grs sugar glass / impalpable
  • 100 ml oil
  • 50 grs vegetable butter
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp lemon / lime zest
  • 25 ml lemon / lime juice
  • 150 grs oatmeal (can also be replaced with rice flour)
  • 50 grs unsweetened coconut preferably
  • 2 tsp royal
  • Lemon icing
  • 150 grs sugar glass / impalpable
  • 25 ml of squeezed lemon juice
  • ¼ lemon / lime zest cdta

Preparation

Mix the chia with the water and let stand to hydrate.

Cream the sugar, oil, vegetable shortening and salt. add the rest of the ingredients, pour into the lined mold and bake for 35/45 minutes at 160c. the mold should be wide and low.

Let cool and unmold.

For the glaze, mix all the ingredients until you get a creamy paste and pour over the nougat.
