We have shared several chia pudding recipes on the blog and although most of you love it, some of you are not quite convinced by the texture.
Ingredientes

- 1 taza de frambuesas frescas (150 g)
- 3/4 taza de leche vegetal (190 ml), nosotros usamos leche de almendras sin endulzar
- 1/2 taza de semillas de chÃa (85 g)
- 3 cucharadas de sirope de arce o agave
Instructions
- Pour all the ingredients into the blender and whisk until well combined.
- We can serve the pudding immediately, but we like to leave it in the fridge until it’s very cold.
- We can store the raspberry chia instant pudding in the fridge in an airtight container for about 4 days.
< li id="instruction-step-3">Serve and decorate with our favorite toppings (we add crushed raspberries, cocoa nibs, chopped walnuts and sesame seeds).
Notes
- You can make the pudding with the fruit that you like the most, although you may have to add more or less depending on the amount of water in it.
