Pudin Instantáneo de Chía y Frambuesas. - Sólo se necesitan 4 ingredientes para preparar este pudin de chía y frambuesas y al ser instantáneo no hay que esperar a que la chía absorba la leche.

We have shared several chia pudding recipes on the blog and although most of you love it, some of you are not quite convinced by the texture.



  • 1 taza de frambuesas frescas (150 g)
  • 3/4 taza de leche vegetal (190 ml), nosotros usamos leche de almendras sin endulzar
  • 1/2 taza de semillas de chía (85 g)
  • 3 cucharadas de sirope de arce o agave


  1. Pour all the ingredients into the blender and whisk until well combined.
  2. We can serve the pudding immediately, but we like to leave it in the fridge until it’s very cold.
  3. < li id="instruction-step-3">Serve and decorate with our favorite toppings (we add crushed raspberries, cocoa nibs, chopped walnuts and sesame seeds).

  4. We can store the raspberry chia instant pudding in the fridge in an airtight container for about 4 days.


  • You can make the pudding with the fruit that you like the most, although you may have to add more or less depending on the amount of water in it.
  • < li>Use whatever sweetener you like.
