Chemichurri sauce


  • 125 ml. of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 3-4 tablespoons freshly chopped parsley or cilantro
  • 1 clove chopped garlic
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar


Combine all ingredients and season. Let the sauce rest before serving to extract all its flavor.
