Celery cream


  • 125 grams of white rice
  • Onion and garlic to taste
  • Water
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 sprig of basil


Bring 3 stalks of celery with everything and leaves to cook, along with the rice, onion and garlic. Approximately 15 minutes.

Once cooked, grind everything with a little water.

Bring to a boil with salt to taste and approximately 1/2 liter of water.

Before serving, cut a celery leaf into small slices and add to the cream.

Garnish with basil.
