Carrot tacos


  • 4 tortillas
  • 4 grated carrots
  • 4 tablespoons chopped onion
  • 2 tablespoons chopped onion
  • Chopped lettuce
  • Frying oil
  • Sauce to your liking


Stir the chopped carrot, onion and epazote.

Fill the tortillas and form some tacos.

Fry in oil.

Serve hot, with lettuce and salsa.
