Ingredients
- 4 tortillas
- 4 grated carrots
- 4 tablespoons chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons chopped onion
- Chopped lettuce
- Frying oil
- Sauce to your liking
Preparation
Stir the chopped carrot, onion and epazote.
Fill the tortillas and form some tacos.
Fry in oil.
Serve hot, with lettuce and salsa.
