Smoothies are my favorite breakfast, they are delicious, they are satiating, good for health, to maintain weight and there are so many possibilities that it is impossible to get bored. This carrot smoothie is ideal for the skin and to combat constipation.

To make this delicious and creamy smoothie you need: carrots, prunes, walnuts, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla, banana and water or almond milk. Its flavor is reminiscent of carrot cake (or carrot cake) because I have used the ingredients that are usually used to make it.



  • 1 taza de zanahorias (170 g)
  • 1 plátano
  • 1/3 taza de ciruelas pasas (60 g)
  • 1/4 taza de nueces (30 g)
  • 1/2 cucharadita de canela en polvo
  • 1/4 de cucharadita de nuez moscada
  • 1 cucharadita de extracto de vainilla o un trocito de una vaina de vainilla
  • 2 tazas de agua o leche de almendras (500 ml)


  1. Put all the ingredients in a blender and beat until well combined.
