Carrot cream with quinoa


  • 1 kgr carrot
  • 100 gr quinoa
  • 1 lb. potato
  • 1 onion stubborn
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 leaf of laurel
  • 1 1/2 lt of water
  • 1 tablespoon oil according to preference


Heat the tablespoon of oil in the pot where you are going to prepare the soup.

Add the quartered onion and the garlic. Sauté them a little.

If you want at this time put a little white wine, add the water, carrots, potatoes and quinoa; wait until the potatoes and carrots are soft and then take them out to blend them.
