Ingredients
- 1 kgr carrot
- 100 gr quinoa
- 1 lb. potato
- 1 onion stubborn
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 leaf of laurel
- 1 1/2 lt of water
- 1 tablespoon oil according to preference
Preparation
Heat the tablespoon of oil in the pot where you are going to prepare the soup.
Add the quartered onion and the garlic. Sauté them a little.
