Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup (96 g) Carottes Hachées
  • 2 < span class="wprm-recipe-ingredient-unit">cuillère à soupe ou plus d’avoine gf Ou grains of Chanvre or Noix

  • 1/2 TL (0.5 tsp) cannelle
  • 1/4 à the (0.25 càc) poudre de gingembre
  • 1/8 cc < span class="wprm-recipe-ingredients-unit-system wprm-recipe-ingredients-unit-system -2 ">( 0 ,13 tsp) clous de giroflepoudre

  • 1/2 càc (0.5 càc) extrait de vanilla

    1 cup (250 ml) lait d’amande ou lait non laitier.

  • 1.5 Cuillère à Soupe < span class="wprm-recipe-ingredients-unit-system wprm-recipe-ingredients-unit-system-2"> Chia-Graines Ajouter 2 or 3 cuillères à soupe pour un pudding plus gelé.
  • Preparation

  • In a food processor, process the carrots and rolled oats or nuts. Or grate carrots. About 3/4 cup filled with shredded carrots and oats/nuts.
  • In the pan, add the carrot mixture, spices and maple and at cook over medium heat for 5-7 minutes or until slightly dry.
  • Add water, vanilla, almond milk and mix. Taste and add more sugar, stevia, or maple to taste. Mix in the chia seeds. Cover and leave in the fridge for a few hours or overnight.
  • Add carrot slices (done with a vegetable peeler) and candied walnuts for a nicer pudding . (imagine them in the photos 🙂 Have fun!
