Carrot and tofu omelette

Ingredients

  • 5 carrots
  • 5 potatoes
  • 400g tofu bland without flavor
  • A small turmeric root.

Preparation

. dice the carrots and potatoes.

. steam for about 10m.

. Beat 300g of tofu, with the turmeric and a splash of water.

. chop 100g of tofu into cubes.

. integrate everything well.

. make in a frying pan sprayed with oil.

. Cook the tortilla for 5m on each side.
