Caesar dressing


  1. 1 tbsp olive oil
  2. 120 ml almond milk (or plant-based milk of your choice)
  3. 70g cashew nuts
  4. 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  5. 1 clove garlic, chopped
  6. 1 tablespoon capers
  7. A dash of soy sauce
  8. Juice of 1 squeezed lemon


  • Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth

Store any remaining dressing in an airtight container. To be consumed preferably during the week.
