Prepare the pizza dough according to the recipe. Use the duplicate pizza dough recipe to make 2 pizzas.
Prepare the buffalo chickpeas: Mix everything into the buffalo chickpeas. Mash some chickpeas and let them sit and marinate while you prepare the sauce.
Prepare the white sauce: Mix Mix all ingredients under White Sauce Base until well blended into a smooth sauce.
Prepare White Garlic Sauce: About 2/ Take 3 of the white sauce from above and add the ingredients for the garlic sauce. Mix well. Taste and adjust and blend or puree.
Prepare celery ranch: Add ranch seasoning, celery and vinegar, mix and reserve.
Shape the pizza dough into 10-inch rounds with thick edges to prevent the pizza from spilling the sauce as it cooks. Brush it with olive oil. Drizzle enough garlic sauce over the batter to coat it. Add spinach or greens or other veggies of your choice.
Layer Buffalo Chickpeas on Vegetables. Drizzle buffalo sauce over marinade.
Sprinkle generously with celery ranch. Add shavings of vegan mozzarella cheese (optional). Try one of my cheese
Bake in a preheated oven at 220 degrees C for 14 minutes. Toast them for a minute so they crisp up.
Before serving, pour over leftover garlic sauce or celery Dribble ranch.
