Broccoli with red pepper sauce


  • 200 gr broccoli
  • 200 gr potato
  • 1 roasted red pepper
  • 1/4 cup vegetable milk
  • Hot pepper (or sweet)
  • Vegetable margarine
  • Salt
  • Water


In a pot, put the peeled potatoes and broccoli covered with water, and cook over high heat for about 15 minutes, or until they are soft.

Meanwhile, place the roasted pepper, milk and a cooked potato in the blender jar. Blend these ingredients until you get a homogeneous mixture. Clarify if it is too thick with a little of the vegetable broth where the vegetables are boiling. Season with a little margarine, salt and a teaspoon of hot or sweet paprika, as you prefer. Beat again until everything is well mixed.

Drain the broccoli and potatoes well, without rinsing, put them on the plate and put the sauce on top.
