Smoothies are our morning routine. Not only is it super good (if you put the ingredients that go together especially) but it’s also packed with vitamins. A small smoothie for breakfast, and presto, you’re ready for the day! Plus, it’s the best way to eat lots of fruits and vegetables if you’re not used to eating them elsewhere too much:) .

Ingredients

  • blueberries – 200 – 1 < /li>
  • grape juice – 30 (cL)< /li>
  • ice cubes

Preparation

  • Wash the blueberries and cut the peeled banana.
  • For the rest, it’s not very complicated: put all your ingredients in the blender, and voila!
  • Serve your smoothie chilled 🙂
