I confess, I am addicted to fruit and vegetable smoothies, I love them, I can’t live without them, they never bore me and they are my favorite breakfast. This blueberry smoothie is ideal to start the day full of energy and pampering our body with healthy foods.

The great thing about smoothies is that there are endless possible combinations, so it’s hard to get tired and they can be had all year round. This one specifically has six ingredients: blueberries, banana, dates, cinnamon, almond milk and water.

  • 2 pl├ítanos
  • 1 taza de ar├índanos (140 gramos)
  • 1 taza de agua (250 mililitros)
  • 1 taza y media de leche de almendras (375 mililitros)
  • 2 d├ítiles
  • Canela en polvo al gusto

Instructions

  1. Pour all the ingredients into the blender and whisk until fully incorporated.
  2. Ideally, drink it fresh.
