A creamy, vegan, gluten-free peanut butter banana blizzard with healthy no-bake cookie pieces.


  • 2 mature < span class ="wprm-recipe-ingredient-name">bananas (formerly peeled, quartered and frozen)
  • < span class="wprm-recipe-ingredients-amount">2 soup crunchy natural salted peanut butter
  • 1/3 – 2/3 cup non-cow’s milk< /span> (I used Silk Coconut)
  • 3-4 whole PB filled no-bake-cookie-bites


  • Add your bananas, peanut butter, and non-dairy milk < a href="https://aax-us-east.amazon-adsystem.com/x/c/QpPkEUJLphk9EnERGI22WB0AAAFmDBl6LgEAAAFKAVQ5k7M/https://www.amazon.com/dp/B000GIGZXM/ref=as_at?creativeASIN =B000GIGZXM& linkCode= w61&imprToken=-tVojZlIbI85TaNFCA3I.Q&slotNum=7&tag=minimalistbaker-20" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">Blender and puree until thick, creamy and smooth. Start with less milk to ensure you get a thick texture. Then add more to make sure everything mixes evenly.
  • After mixing, add 2 bites of no-bake cookies and two more give legumes for easy mixing.
  • Pour into serving glasses and top with a fill up on another bite of crumbled no-bake cookie (optional). Serve immediately.
