Battered artichokes


  • 4 canned artichokes
  • breadcrumbs
  • ½ tza of flour
  • Water
  • Pepper
  • Parsley
  • Oil


Keep in mind that if you use natural artichokes, you must wash and cook them before starting.

Wash and drain the artichokes well, cut them in half and coated in flour.

Mix water and 50% flour with the help of an electric mixer. Add salt and pepper to taste, and chopped parsley to the dough.

The artichokes are coated in the dough, then in the breadcrumbs, and fried in plenty of very hot oil.


Can be served with tomato sauce, hummus, vegan mayonnaise…
