Banana truffles and cocadas


  • For base:
  • 2 bananas, < / li>
  • ½ tza vegetable cream,
  • ½ tza of dried fruit mix,
  • ½ cdta vanilla essence.
  • And for the topping we can use grated coconut, puffed quinoa, cocoa powder.
  • For the truffle recipe just add 2 tbsp of cocoa powder to the base recipe.


In a bowl, place the bananas together with the vegetable cream and blend with the blender. Then add the dried fruit previously chopped into small pieces. Put in the fridge for an hour before handling. After the hour we remove from the fridge and with wet hands we take out potions the size of a tablespoon of tea and we form small balls of dough about 3 cm in diameter. In a bowl or deep plate we place the ingredients that will be the coverage, either quinoa, chocolate chips or cocoa where we will pass the balls. We take it to the fridge for another hour to harden the balls before consuming them.
