Peel and cut the bananas into small pieces. We keep them in a tupperware and put them in the freezer for at least three hours. if we want to make it for breakfast, we leave the bananas in the freezer overnight.
Put the frozen bananas and the soy milk in a blender and blend everything. we can help mix everything with a little water until the consistency we want is left. it is better to add the water little by little so as not to add too much and the mousse will be too liquid.
Put the banana cream in a bowl and decorate it on top with the blueberries, the chia seeds and coconut.
