  • 2 plátanos
  • 4 tazas de agua (1 l)
  • 4 dátiles
  • 1 cucharadita de extracto de vainilla o un trocito de una vaina de vainilla
  • 1 taza de hielo (180 g)


  1. Pon todos los ingredientes en una batidora y bátelos hasta que estén bien triturados. Conserva tu leche de plátano en la nevera y consúmela antes de 48 horas.
