Banana bread (sugar / gluten free)

Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • ½ cup cassava starch
  • 1 tbsp coconut cream
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 3 bananas
  • 2 tbsp agave
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 cup almond milk

Preparation

In a mixeá blender: 2 cups of almond flour, 1/2 cup of cassava starch, 1 tablespoons of coconut cream, 2 tablespoons of organic peanut butter, 3 bananas, 2 tablespoons of agave, 1 teaspoon of baking powder.

Add 1 cup of almond milk and continue blending.

Pour half of the preparation into a mold previously brushed with oil of coconut and sprinkled 1/2 cup of chopped almonds.

Mix a little and add the rest.

Cook in an oven at 160º until golden brown.

Let cool and serve.
