Banana and flax smoothie

Ingredients

  • 4 dates soaked
  • 1 tsp of flax
  • 1 banana
  • ½ cup of ice
  • 150cc vegan milk
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Preparation

Blend all the ingredients well.

Serve in glasses and decorate with a little more cinnamon.
