This shake is impressively rich, you have to try it! If you have a craving for something sweet, I recommend that you prepare it because you will surely love it.

It has a higher fat content than other shakes that we have shared on the blog, but it is made with healthy fats such as almonds and coconut milk. In any case, if you prefer, you can eliminate the almonds and add only coconut milk or substitute it for another plant milk.



  • 1 lata de leche de coco (400 ml)
  • 2 plátanos congelados + 2 plátanos normales
  • 2 dátiles Medjool ó 4 Deglet Nour
  • 1/4 taza de almendras crudas (30 g)
  • 1 taza de hielo (4 cubitos grandes)
  • Toppings: cacao nibs y almendras crudas troceadas


  1. Put all the ingredients in the blender and beat until desired consistency.
  2. Decorate with your favorite toppings
