Banana and chocolate pudding


  • 150g of rice flour (grind the rice grains with a blender)
  • 150g of flour oatmeal (grind oat flakes in blender)
  • 150cc neutral oil
  • Vanilla essence
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 150g chocolate bar or chocolate chips
  • Pinch of sea salt < / li>
  • 150g of whole sugar or black sugar
  • Water amount needed


Blend the bananas with the sugar, oil, coarsely chopped chocolate and vanilla essence. Separately, mix the flour with the salt and baking powder. unite the two preparations and add water to facilitate mixing. place in a pudding pan, brush with oil and sprinkle with cornstarch so that it does not stick.

Bring it to a very hot oven, over medium heat, almost minimal for 30/40 minutes.
