Ingredients
- 2 x cups rolled oats
- 1 x tablespoon raw cocoa powder
- 1 x tablespoon cocoa nibs
- 2 x heaped tablespoons of rice protein powder
- 2 x heaped tablespoons of maple syrup
- 2 x heaped tablespoons of almond butter
- 1 x ripe banana
- Almond milk (be careful not to add too much)
Preparation
- In a food processor, grind the rolled oats to a fine powder (leave some to add more later for texture) li>
- Add the banana, almond butter and maple syrup and pulse
- Add the remaining ingredients (including the remaining oatmeal) and drizzle with the almond milk while mixing well< /li>
- Shape into balls (make sure the mixture is sticky and not too wet)
