Very good to all! Today I bring a basic recipe. Perfect for all of you who have an air fryer or ‘Air fryer‘ and want to discover new recipes, because this is a classic.
These are baked sweet potato potatoes, super crispy. In addition, I accompany them with a very simple tahini and hatcho miso sauce. Do you know these ingredients?
1 large sweet potato
1 tbsp and 1/2 tablespoon cornstarch
Garlic powder< /p>
Optional: for the sauce

Step by step
We start by peeling and cutting the sweet potato into strips or segments.
In a pot with plenty of water, cook the sweet potatoes for 8 minutes, until they become somewhat tender.
- Meanwhile, prepare the sauce by mixing 2 small tsp of tahini with 3/4 tsp of hatcho miso and 1 drizzle of olive oil. Mix very well, until there are no lumps and reserve.
- Remove them and place them in a bowl. Add 1 splash of olive oil, salt to taste, generous garlic powder and 1 tablespoon and 1/2 cornstarch. Mix very, very well.
- Pour it onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper, or in the air fryer.
- Bake at 180º for 15-25 minutes, until golden good outside.
