Vegan, light GF. This baked French toast can almost pass for dessert. Sugar free with natural sweeteners and with the crunchy topping it’s fun to mess with.

Ingredients

  • 3 Cuillère à soupe Avoine grossièrement moulue pas de farine
  • a little treat
  • a pincée de sel
  • 1/4 -1/3 cup (37 g) Myrtle
  • 1 Cuillère-à-soup Sirop d’agave
  • 1 cuillère à café < /span> sirop d’érable< /li>
  • 1/2 cuillère à café (0.5 cuillère à café) huile de noix de coco fondue
  • ajouter 1 cuillère à café de sucre brut moulu for a version plus sucrée
  • Preparation

  • For the French Toast: Knead everything except the bread slices into a dough that is not too thin. ((Or use gf batter with oatmeal, flaxseed, and plant-based milk like Tiramisu or Samoan French Toast.)
  • Dip in the slices add to batter and place in a greased casserole dish/casserole dish.You can dice the slices, or use the size according to the ramekins and stack 2-3 deep or layer like bread pudding.
