- 3 large eggplants
- Pepper li>
- A pinch of cumin
- Sunflower oil
- Tomato to accompany
- 1 medium onion optional
There are people who put the aubergines in the oven. I prefer to leave them on the stove in the kitchen. here I am going to give the instructions on how to do it.
Cover the stove with aluminum foil and leave only the stoves outside (because it stains a lot).
Place an aubergine on top of each stove over low/medium heat. turn it from time to time.
When the aubergines are done (you will notice this because they will be very soft and juicy), remove them and let them cool down a bit. (I put them in a little cold water)
Peel the aubergines.
Peel the garlic.
Add the aubergines, the garlic, salt and pepper, sunflower oil, and beat with the blender.
Leave in the fridge for about an hour to cool down.
Serve with bread and tomato.
