This avocado, tomato and mango salad, in addition to being incredibly delicious, is a very healthy, refreshing, quick and simple recipe, because to eat healthy you don’t have to waste a lot of time, on the contrary, many times it’s more comfortable.

Avocado salad



  • 2 tomates (nosotros hemos utilizado de dos especies diferentes)
  • 8 tomates secos
  • 1 mango
  • 1 aguacate mediano
  • Aceite de oliva virgen extra
  • Vinagre balsámico de Módena
  • Sal


  1. Chop the tomatoes, the dried tomatoes, mango and avocado. If you don’t know how to prepare dried tomatoes, I’ll leave you our recipe for dried tomatoes so you can learn how to rehydrate and dress them (you have the recipe link below),
  2. We dress with oil of extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar of Modena and salt to our liking, or if you prefer you can substitute the vinegar with lemon or lime juice.
