follower recently told us that we had few salty breakfasts, so I decided to share with you one of the salty toast recipes that I like the most, the famous avocado toast, which is so popular in Instagram and in general on social networks.



  • 2 rebanadas de pan con o sin gluten (ver notas)
  • 1/21 aguacate
  • 1 cucharadita de zumo de limón
  • Sal al gusto
  • 2 cucharaditas de levadura nutricional o de cerveza
  • 1/4 cucharadita de ajo en polvo
  • Cayena en polvo (opcional)


  1. Toast the bread (optional).< /li>
  2. Put the avocado and lemon juice in a bowl and mash with a fork. You can also mash it on top of the bread, but I find it more convenient to use a bowl.
  3. Spoon the avocado and lemon juice mixture over the two slices of bread.
  4. Add salt to taste, yeast (1 teaspoon per toast), garlic powder (1/8 teaspoon per toast), and a bit of cayenne powder on top (optional) and serve immediately.


  • You can buy the bread already made or try our rye and spelled bread or our gluten-free bread. You can also use rice cakes or crackers.
  • Add your favorite spices, herbs or ingredients.
  • If you want you can substitute lemon juice for oil or add both (juice and oil).
