Avocado flowers


  • 1 avocado
  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 100 grs of vegan cream cheese
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon poppy seeds
  • 2 cups flour


Preheat the oven.

Mix the margarine, cream cheese, avocado, sugar and vanilla. Add lime juice and poppy seeds, beat until fluffy (with electric mixer).

Add flour, 1/2 cup at a time.

Place dough in a sleeve and give it the shape of a flower or simply cocola them on a roasting pan oiled by tablespoons.

Sprinkle poppy seeds on top of each cookie.

Bake for 10 minutes, you should only Brown the base of the cookies.

Remove from the oven and let cool.
