Autumn soup

Ingredients

  • Vegetable broth
  • Lentils caviar
  • Carrot < / li>
  • Peas
  • Roasted red peppers
  • Aceite sancha
  • Pepper
  • Cumin

Preparation

Soak the lentils overnight.

In a saucepan, put the oil and sauté the peas and carrots. add the roasted peppers cut into strips, the lentils, which we will have previously strained, and the vegetable broth.

Splash and add the cumin.

When the lentils are soft, serve and enjoy.

You can add rice and/or potatoes and it will be great. besides, I soaked in the pan broth.
