Apple Bundt Cake with Cinnamon Glaze


  • 1 tza wheat flour
  • 1 tza whole wheat flour
  • 1 cda impeller
  • Pinch of salt
  • ½ tza grated coconut
  • 1 tza brown sugar
  • ¼ tza cane honey
  • 4 small grated apples
  • 2 tsp flax
  • 6 tbsp warm water
  • 3/4 cup sunflower oil
  • 3 tbsp puree apple
  • icing
  • 1 cup icing sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • < li itemprop = "ingredients"> 3 tbsp soy milk (or any other vegetable milk)


Mix the flaxseeds with the warm water and let stand for a few minutes.

Preheat the oven to 175º (fan, heat up and down) and prepare a mold of bundt.

In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients (flour, yeast, salt, coconut, sugar), grate and add the apples.

In the blender jar, mash the flax seeds together with part of the oil, then add the rest of the oil, the cane syrup and the applesauce. beat again and add to dry ingredients. mix until you get a homogeneous dough.

Now pour the dough into the mold and bake it for about 40 minutes. let cool before unmolding.

While the bundt cools we can prepare the glaze. mix the sugar with the cinnamon and add, little by little, the tablespoons of milk. mix until you get a glaze with a fluidity similar to condensed milk. pour over bundt when cool. delicious! >^_^<
